By placing an order with Dumbo Balloons, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before purchasing.

1. Our Service

Dumbo Balloons is a helium balloon delivery and pickup business based in Dumbo, Brooklyn, NY. We sell foil and latex balloons that are inflated with helium and delivered to customers in the 11201 zip code, or available for pickup at our Dumbo location.

2. Orders

All orders are placed through our website at dumboballoons.com. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate, including your delivery address and contact details. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Delivery

We deliver within the 11201 zip code. A successful delivery requires someone to be available and present to receive the order. If no one is available at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact you. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to the customer being unavailable.

4. Refunds & Returns

Because our balloons are perishable and inflated to order, we do not offer refunds on helium-filled balloons once they have been delivered or picked up. If there is a problem with your order — such as the wrong item delivered or a balloon that arrived damaged — please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will do our best to make it right.

5. Balloon Float Times

Foil balloons typically float for 3–5 days indoors. Latex balloons treated with Hi-Float typically float for 1–3 days indoors. Float times are estimates and can be affected by temperature, humidity, and air conditioning. We cannot guarantee float time beyond delivery.

6. Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, copy, and branding, is the property of Dumbo Balloons. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission. Certain character and licensed balloons (Spider-Man, Paw Patrol, Frozen, etc.) are the intellectual property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dumbo Balloons is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
