Do you deliver to my neighborhood? We deliver to DUMBO, Brooklyn Heights, Vinegar Hill, Fort Greene, Williamsburg, Downtown Brooklyn, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, Clinton Hill, Red Hook, Columbia Heights Waterfront, Gowanus, Park Slope, and most of Brooklyn beyond that. Do you offer same-day delivery? Same-day delivery is available but not guaranteed. For same-day orders, text or call us at (917) 914-8251 and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
How far in advance should I order? Ordering a day or two ahead is the safest bet, especially for larger bouquets or custom sets. If you need something today, reach out directly and we'll see what we can do.
Are your balloons helium-filled? Yes. Foil and latex balloons in bouquets and sets arrive helium-filled and ready to float. Air-filled items are labeled as such on the product page.
How long do the balloons float? All latex balloons are treated with Hi-Float prior to helium inflation, giving them an extended indoor float time of 24–48+ hours (often lasting several days). Foil shapes and milestone numbers naturally hold helium and float for 3 to 7+ days. Keep balloons indoors away from direct heat, sunlight, and AC vents to maximize float life.
Do you offer balloon weights? Yes, balloon weights are available in several colors and can be added to any order to keep your bouquet grounded.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered? Yes, pickup is available. Reach out to arrange a pickup time.
What if I need to change my delivery date or time? Text or call us at (917) 914-8251 as soon as you know, and we'll do our best to accommodate the change.
Do you deliver to my home, or can you deliver to a party venue too? Both. We deliver to apartments and houses, and we're just as happy to bring your order straight to a party venue, office, park birthday party or event space. Just give us the address when you order.
Can I bring you my own balloons to fill? Maybe! Give us a buzz and we can chat it out.
Can I design my own custom color combination? Yes! Use our interactive Bouquet Builder to choose your exact latex balloon palette, add milestone foil numbers, and preview your custom arrangement before ordering.
Do you offer balloon arches, installations, or custom lettering? No. We specialize strictly in handcrafted, helium-inflated balloon bouquets and curated party bundles. We do not provide on-site arches, organic garlands, room setups, or custom vinyl lettering. This focus allows us to deliver high-quality bouquets on time without lengthy setup fees.
Do you carry licensed character balloons? Yes. We carry Pokémon, K-Pop Demon Hunters, Bluey, Frozen, Super Mario, Paw Patrol, Spider-Man, Toy Story, Sesame Street, and more. Check our Characters collection for the full lineup.
Do you deliver for occasions other than birthdays? Yes. In addition to birthdays, we balloons for baby showers, graduations, get well soon, retirement balloons and general congrats or celebration balloons.
