Short answer: Yes, Dumbo Balloons offers same-day helium balloon delivery across much of Brooklyn. For same-day orders, text or call (917) 914-8251 instead of ordering online, and we'll tell you right away when we can deliver. Same-day delivery depends on availability, so it isn't guaranteed, but we do our best to make it happen.
How to get balloons delivered today
- Text or call (917) 914-8251 with your address, the time you need them and what you're looking for (a theme, colors or a specific bouquet from the site).
- We confirm what's possible, including the bouquet and a delivery window.
- Your balloons arrive fully inflated, with a balloon weight on ready-made bouquets, so there's nothing to set up.
Ordering ahead? Pick a 2-hour window
For future dates, order online and choose a 2-hour delivery window at checkout. Windows run from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.: 8–10 a.m., 10 a.m.–noon, noon–2 p.m., 2–4 p.m., 4–6 p.m., 6–8 p.m. and 8–10 p.m. Ordering a day or two ahead is the safest bet, especially for larger bouquets or custom sets.
Where we deliver
We deliver to Dumbo, Brooklyn Heights, Vinegar Hill, Fort Greene, Williamsburg, Downtown Brooklyn, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, Clinton Hill, Red Hook, Columbia Street Waterfront, Gowanus, Park Slope and most of Brooklyn beyond that. See our Brooklyn delivery areas, or text us to check your address.
We deliver to apartments, brownstones, offices, party venues and parks. For a picnic in Brooklyn Bridge Park or Prospect Park, add the pier, entrance or landmark to your delivery notes and we'll text you on arrival.
We have close working relationships with many Brooklyn party venues, so we know how their load-in and setup times work. If your venue gives you a limited setup window, like at Space Club or Ferox, add that window to your order notes and we’ll make sure we’re there for it.
What to order when you're short on time
- Ready-made bouquets: themed sets for birthdays, from dinosaurs and unicorns to Pokémon and Disney Princess Balloons.
- Giant number balloons: 32-inch foil numbers for the birthday age.
- Bouquet Builder: pick your own latex colors and add numbers.
